Not for emergencies. Call 911 for chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, or severe bleeding.
Vanguard Concierge PLLC is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Telemedicine visits are available only to patients physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. We are not currently accepting Medicare beneficiaries for Medicare-covered services through this cash-pay program. If you are enrolled in Medicare, please contact our office before making a payment so we can determine whether the requested service can be provided under applicable Medicare rules.
Lab prices are Labcorp and Quest rates through Vanguard. Some panels carry a small lab handling fee. Imaging prices are contracted DFW imaging center cash rates and include the radiologist's read. "Typical" prices are self-pay estimates and vary by location. All lab, imaging and testing prices are estimates and may be different at the time of your order. Always confirm the final price with Vanguard before getting a test done. Vanguard is not responsible for charges from a lab or imaging center that were not confirmed with us first.
Peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, Epitalon, Semax and KPV are not FDA-approved. They are compounded by a licensed pharmacy for one patient at a time, under the HHS interim enforcement policy announced October 2026. Evidence in people is still limited, and Dr. Syed reviews risks with you first. The policy is temporary and can change at any time. Availability depends on finding a licensed pharmacy that meets federal and Texas requirements, and Vanguard cannot guarantee that any peptide will be available. If a peptide becomes unavailable, Dr. Syed can discuss alternatives. The doctor’s fee pays for the visit and is not refunded because a medicine is unavailable; please check availability with us before booking.
Medicines are prescribed only when appropriate after a visit. Medicine costs are paid to the pharmacy and are not included in estimated totals. Dr. Syed does not prescribe Schedule II controlled substances for weight loss or chronic pain. Controlled substances may require an in-person visit.
Booking a visit doesn't guarantee any test, prescription, or referral. Those are medical decisions made during your visit.
